I suggest working with what you have if you’re not able to get new players. Look through all your players and see what type of players have the higher ratings in your squad, so if I have high rated wingers then I can play with a formation that has wingers. If I have high rated left or right mids then I can use a formation with the LM and RM position, so on and so forth just look at what type of players are good in your reserves and work with what you have till you get better players
