100% agree now literally everyone and their mom is making overland or camping or living in a car video. Quality is most important for me. Quality color grade makes crappy video watchable. Don't use gopro for anything other than action cam. Reason why people cook is because it's usually the highlight of a trip. What else are you going to be doing? I shoot guns when I camp but youtube don't like that 🤣

If your a welder you could be working as a union welder making a lot of money, 40/hr in Ky. Open a fab shop for people and build overland racks and stuff or Jeeps, being a welder is a big money job. I was a welder on pipe and now I am a welding inspector and depending on which state I make bare minimum 35/hr

Fabrication isn't profitable right now. Trevor will need thousands in tools not just a welder. You need plasma cutter tube bender and tons tons more stuff. Just to have customers low ball him or ask why he's charging so much when they can buy smittybilt bumper for 200 bucks or whatever. Metal price went way up along with welding gas and all that. It can work but would need a LOT of practice and tools up front. Union or working for company will be a better option then open shop after.
