I don't have any experience in this yet as I have not started doing comics as of yet. But I having 7 ideas and having them written out I reread them and will be making changes but the last 3 ideas are so long that I do fear I won't finish them and get bored. Hopefully when the time comes this will not be the case.

but can you drop a new idea that you've committed to? i have problem with my art on it so i keep redrawing the first episode. I read webtoons and i see all the other, better, artists and it makes me think mine is bad.

This is my opinion but I feel like the characters in your comic make the same "stress" expression way too often where it feels that they don't have any other emotions or reactions to anything. It's fun to explore other emotions/facial expressions for characters because it makes them more human. People do tend to have a common expression for everything but not almost 24/7 or for every experience
