I think another good thing is to pay attention to our mind and body and try to learn in the time we are more opened to absorve. Some people are more concentrated in the morning, other ones at night, etc.

that's the problem I have. When I read after a while I don't know for which reason I space out i can't concentrate anymore. and all of a suddent it dawn on me I say ho damn it I'm not concentrated anymore.
