Deleting Spotify for some time really helped me as well. It's great if you constantly reach for your phone as a distraction... music was the culprit for me

So glad you found it helpful Rahof. It has been a very difficult journey for me and I'm very happy I could help out. Regarding your question, I think the biggest challenge for me was realising that I was using my phone out of boredom. I simply did not have enough inspiring things to motivate me in the day-to-day. So, I've been working hard to get involved in truly exciting activities in my life. Apologies for not getting back to you earlier on social media. I have never really used it and just recently opened it for this channel. So, still very new for me 😂 I do not currently offer any coaching services but it is something I am working on. Let's definitely continue the conversation on the DMs. And thanks again for your kind words and taking the time to comment. It means the world 🚀

They are incredibly useful. Especially when you ask someone to use their own Apple ID to lock your Screen Time restrictions.
