Harris and Melton are NOT getting traded. The team has expressed that Harris is in their future plans for this season. Even though he may be inconsistent, he’s a good fit and you don’t blow up a major piece of the roster when you’re contending. Melton is the team’s best perimeter defender and a very good spot up shooter, which are the team’s two biggest needs. Morey was the one to trade a first round pick up for Melton and he’s not gonna give up on him this soon
