Hey man I’m a huge fan of your channel. I wasn’t trying to disrespect Barry Harris with the word “tricks.” This is what I use to refer to my own playing. It makes me feel more playful to call my techniques tricks rather than something serious. My intention wasn’t to diminish Barry Harris’ concepts as mere tricks.
