Thank you! Yes, that's a good idea! I always recommend trying to watch the videos without the subtitles the first time. I also try to make many sentences when I use simple verbs, like in this video, so that people who know the verbs already still might learn a few new words.

I cannot believe that I could understand about 80% of what was said in the video only with the Norwegian sub after only 3 to 5 days of learning Norsk! But, fisk / fish and other meats / animaI products shouldn’t be promoted - only plant-based products! And the word menneskene should be spelled and pronounced m’nneskene because the words man and men only reflect my pure protectors aka the alphas (my protectors are also the only venner / friends) so it cannot have the word men in it! Anyways, Norwegian is so easy for me to learn and it sounds so great! I should have started learning it sooner!

But the words pat and tri and one and trone (too similar to throne) cannot be in someone’s name, and the unsuitable names must be changed - big / power / royalty related terms and nature related terms and numbers etc only reflect me, and cannot be in names or yt names etc!

There are also some things that should be changed, like, for the words that only have one syllable, the form for plural should be different from the singular one, so they should have the same rule as the words that have more than one syllable... And the words for birds and owl shouldn’t be fugIene and ugIe because in English the u-word is a negative term, while birds are all very pretty, so those terms aren’t suitable for birds, and it would be suitable for horse, while the pretty word hest would be suitable for owl, and for birds it should be more similar to the Swedish / Dutch term maybe, maybe spelled with an O instead... And the names of languages and months and days of week etc should always be written with a capital letter in every language... And the pronouns hun and henne and ham can only be used when referring to me and to one of my protectors because in English hon means honey and hen is a bird / chicken (chickens / birds / hens / bees / fish / butterflies etc are pure animaIs who only reflect me) and ham is a food related term (there is V-ham in the US etc) and, the pronouns when referring to people should be spelled differently, maybe hin and hinne and hanne instead... And new terms should be created for wom’n, because the words kvinne and jente only reflect me... While terms that end in NE should have the plural form changed a bit to avoid the repetition of NE after NE, or one N should be left out, so that it would end in -ENE instead of the repetition of the same syllable -NENE etc... There are some things that should be changed in languages, but luckily in Nordic languages only a few things must be changed, as the words are usually suitable for most things...

0:31 On the screen I can see this: "I drank water. *Now* I *drank* water. *Now* I *drink* water"...the time signals and the choosing of verbs confuse me. Jag förstår inte.

A better way of formulating the second sentence would maybe be "I just drank water" (jeg drakk nettopp vann),, but to me it sounds natural in Norwegian to say "nå drakk jeg vann" or "nå drakk jeg nettopp vann". I often try to translate from Norwegian to English quite literally, in order to show what the different words mean more clearly.

Just start learning, like less than five days into your videos, and I think I might have jumped too far to this one😅. Anyway, thank u for all the videos. I like how patient you are, with a very clear pronunciation for each word. I just want to get it right the first time. And Good luck with learning chinese. One thing I can say is, imho as an asian, grammar isn't complicated as the verb and adj for present, past, or future remain unchanged, just have to add a word or two, and that's it. Sentence structure maybe a little different from germanic languages, but not too hard. It's just the spoken and written that is a killer.

Hello! I have grown up in Oslo and speak the Oslo dialect. I don't modify my dialect for the videos, but I do try to speak more clearly than what I would do in a normal conversation. Thanks for watching!

@@LearnNorwegianNaturally Interesting! I wonder if speaking 'normally' instead of 'clearer' would be more beneficial and provide a more realistic representation of what one would experience / hear? Slow is good, but if you're altering the sounds for clarity sake, it might be hindering listening comprehension for learners long-term? Just a thought, thank you!!
