Wow! One would think Tech Insider would know that those "facts are outdated. 1. The tailbone is used as a connector for pretty important muscles. Without it you wouldnt be able to sit up straight. Also the tail you see in the embryo are actually part of the body and later form up the rest of the human body, no tail at all, and is just a remnant of Ernest Heackle's embryo fraud that still hangs around. 2. Wisdom teeth may be the only viable one as evidence for natural selection, not evolution though (there is a difrerence). 3. The appendix is part of your immune system. As with tonsils, they get infected simply because they perform their function. 4. Ear muscles still respond to startling noises, as do our eye muscles, moving your ear in the direction of the noise. 5. Erector Phili are not vestigial, the muscles work helps us keep warm and also stimulates release of protective body oils. Besides, the fact that so many of our body parts can be removed without catastrophic effects is the same design we use on satelites, rockets, cars and vital medical equipment in order to promote survivability. Nothing here is "proof for evolution" just goes to show that this archaic theory aught to have been discarded with its many "proofs" decades ago. But the fact that so many cling to it is more due to religious and philosophical reasons, rather than scientific ones.

Literally more than half of those “useless” body parts aren’t useless. Don’t know about the last 2 yet but for the sure the first 3 have uses that are pretty easy to find if you actually want to know. People don’t have proper swallowing patterns or proper resting tongue position which changes the shape of the head, face, and arrangement of teeth. It doesn’t really have anything to do with biological evolution just modernization and lack of understanding that this is important.

I was on a rugby tour a few weeks ago and we had to barbecue our own meat which would be fine but there were 8 small barbecues for 500 children (there were over 20 teams there from different schools) we got farmers sausage and steak, most of us ate it raw there was no room to cook it, it was very hard to eat it it tasted fine but your jaw literally tires from chewing so much you literally had to grab the meat and pull it and rip it apart with your teeth, ridiculous to think our ancestors ate much thicker meat much more often whilst we all have these weak jaws.
