I had that exact empoleon tin and the impact it still has on me is unbelievable. The love for Pokémon cards for me began in that era after watching my brother enjoy all of the previous sets. So glad you were able to be just as excited as I was when I first opened it.

I can remember saving up and buying all 3 of those LV. X tins when they first came out. I still have all 3 of my original tins today with the original cards that came in there. Those LV. X's are some gorgeous cards 🙌 I even have my Deoxys tin that you opened as well. Miss these old style tins.

I think the $500 tin will have the best pulls since it cost more and the packs are more valuable unlike the $5 dollar tin.

For the 50$ tin, the packs are different depending on the print run. I had bought the venusaur and celebi tin. I watched a video to see if i should open the tin or not and the line up was the exact same one as you got. When i opened mine, there was a steam siege and 3 sun and moon era packs, cant remember which sets, but they werent in the good sets of that era

I think it might be the Pikachu and Zekrom. It’s the only one here I’ve opened, but I got really awesome pulls from it. If I can remember, I think it was a FA Guzzlord GX, Secret Rare Guzma, Pyroar Break and a Secret Rare Gold Darkness Energy.
