Self Healing - by touching the cow, touch & feel the 🌿 🍀 leaf, crushed some leaves, by bare feet walk on wet soil , on grass ground, drinking healing water through right affirmation & mantra chanting can also heals us. Due to emotional pain we can get lower back pain & knee pain also. Meditation= be in the present moment. To get Peace/ silence/ shoonya = "mansa- vacha- Karmana " ek hokar ek hi kaam par focus karna like meditation. In meditation we closed our eyes 😞= to connect with our higher self/ peace/ tune in to the higher realms/ Spritual world/ universe.

i have learnt reiki myself and i say with full faith that distance reiki works ....i experienced the medicine did not work but reiki healed me over might ,anyone who wants to believe must learn and practice - I must warn you all that to learn it completely its takes 45 minutes of dhyan in morningand evening and this practice has to be done for 45 days afterthat you are master of reiki healing - so its not easy but not like everest climbing . Go with strong mind and learn from master and heal the worl

I have learnt reiki level 1. Yes. It is a very good alternative therapy. I have also given the reiki to my parents and they have felt that they get good sleep and headache chala jata hai. Currently, I am practising Bhakti and Gyan marg. I love everything our Sanatan Dharm offers. Jay Siyaram. Jay Bholenath.
