I love this show. Similar but different. The actors who play Georgie and Mandy are excellent together. There are many ways to explore their developing relationship.

I like the show so far, but the laugh track is a little distracting, and doesn't seem necessary. "Young Sheldon" worked well without it, since the audience could make up their own minds as to what they found funny.

The single camera format is too expensive for CBS to afford. They clearly don’t have enough confidence in this new show. CBS also refused to pay Iain the pay raise he deserved for an 8th season.

I like this continuation of the story. With exception to Mandy’s Mom. Up until this weeks episode she was an absolute nightmare,m just a plain nasty and mean spirited woman. In the Thanksgiving episode they flipped a switch on her. And she was actually kind and understanding. When Mandy told her Mom Georgie and herself wouldn’t be at dinner. And she was completely sympathetic and understanding about Georgie and Mandy and Cici needing to spend Thanksgiving with the Cooper side of the family. Then when Mary said she couldn’t bare the thought of making a whole feast her Mom stepped up and told Mandy and Georgie to invite the Coopers over. So Memaw and Dale and Missy and eventually Mary all came over to celebrate at Mandy’s parents house.

The set design is amazing! There are some changes for the new format, but still has a nice familiarity from the sets we saw with the single cam format.

okay okay. i have some things to say. i love this show however, i really really miss young sheldon and i also wish that iain (the guy who played sheldon in young sheldon) was in this show. i hope he makes a guest appearance or something cuz i miss him. i love big bang too and i feel like this show isn’t as good as big bang or young sheldon. ngl georgie and mandy’s fist marriage is a good show and ill keep watching it. but i miss the other two shows. i cried when young sheldon came to an end. that show made me feel better when i was having a bad day. and the ending brought me to tears. big bang will always have a special place in my heart as well. this doesn’t feel the same to me. yes, i love georgie and mandy and yes i love the actors who play them (montana jordan and emily osment) and yes emily was my childhood which makes it more interesting for me. but something about this doesn’t seem right to me. overall tho its a good show and i can’t wait to see what happens next. ❤

I love the Georgie character, he is a great actor. I like the cameos but I feel they want to ignore Sheldon. They kinda phased out his character in the last season of the show.

I am thoroughly enjoying Georgie & Mandy’s first marriage. It’s funny 😄 & Georgie is a great 👍 husband and father and tries to be a great mechanic 👩‍🔧 and tire specialist at his father in laws shop too. I’m a fan of Georgie as well as his wife and them as a couple and as parents

I think Georgie and Mandy’s first marriage is pretty funny and a good continuation and I’m happy that it has a laugh track because I do prefer those types of shows

Excluding Sheldon from a holiday episode sounds completely out of character. Mary would pay for a flight to California out of her own pocket to make sure Sheldon never felt alone on Thanksgiving. It’s a genuine and hostile slap in the face to the outstanding devotion that Iain Armitage brought to the role.

Chuck Lorre really just doesn’t get when he’s dragged his shows through the mud. TBBT’s last four seasons were shit, and I hated how they ruined Penny’s character. YS was fine; I liked The Coopers more than Sheldon him tho, but whatever. I just felt that they should’ve done things differently with Penny’s character snd NOT turned her into a bitch.

I liked the appearances of YS characters, namely Mary, Missy, Connie and Dale, as they didn't dominante Georgie and Mandy's story. Hopefully more of the new supporting cast will get a chance to shine.

If Sheldon ever does make guest appearances on George and Mandy’s, then they should be filmed using the single camera format to easily connect with the continuity of Young Sheldon. Sheldon himself would want superior video quality.

Sherlock probably won‘t make a guest appearance. In The Big Bang Theory, Georgie told Sheldon he had to take care after everything, since Sheldon moved away and the siblings didn‘t have a connection until years later
