Honestly, I think it really depends on the guy... For instance, a guy (or a girl) might flirt with you just because (s)he likes flirting, or maybe (s)he isn't even aware of flirting.... I've seen that type of person in guys (who aren't even aware of flirting, who just think they're being nice to you)... I've met that type of guys so soooo many times and it's very hard to tell sometimes and I've gotten my hopes up many times... but I think the best way to know whether a person genuinely likes you or not is to observe how they act around other girls, other guys, other people in general. If you realize that you are not treated differently than anyone else, the person is probably just being really nice to you or maybe they're just flirting... and also, you need to consider the greater chime of things; has this person been acting that way from the day you met? or all of a sudden? or their attitude has slowly changed?......... also, has this been going on for a while? a few days? or months?..... and if you really want to know, the best way, if you're comfortable of course, you should ask the person directly. Addressing the subject avoids misunderstandings and usually if the person isn't serious, they will tell you straight up... Hopefully my advice helped ;)

Oh my gosh, josh. You need to post more. I love how energetic you are and I also love your topics. I have this guy I’ve been trying to figure out for a year. Yes, I said a year. Sometimes he does little things like what you talk about, and then sometimes I think I’m making it up in my head and he really hates me or something. He does make time to talk to me whenever I ask. I’m going out of my mind. Sometimes he fiddles with his phone and then sometimes he actually says I don’t want to be distracted by this, let me put it away. And sometimes his whole face is lit up, but then he generally smiles ... so idk. I think the guy might have stepped back and maybe right now he wants to see whether you reciprocate it, or maybe he's hesitating about how he feels about you.... Zoe Rankin Thank you for saying it actually I have brain damage so I’ve got nothing wrong with my eyes it’s actually my brain part of my eyes that was messed up because the umbilical cord got wrapped around my neck several times at birth cutting off the oxygen to my brain which cause brain damage so my actual eyes are fine so glasses wouldn’t actually help at all and I’ve been tested multiple times and yes my family has a history with long distance so when I wear glasses that can make things clearer for me for long distance but it doesn’t really help that much at all to be honest because it’s brain related so that doesn’t really fix anything
