From reading the comments, people should realize getting a job is not automatic green card, the sponsoring company has to show they cannot find a US citizen for that job and their tax return must show the company is able to pay the wages set by whichever state the company is in. I've sponsored one person previously and will never do so again.

correct! you may study in the US, check my video on F1 student visa- how to get it; also check the video called from J1 to H1B work visa. There are many ways, the easiest path would be go to school and then apply for work visa or invest into your own biz. If you watch all my vids you will get a general idea how you can get to the US.
