Drew, that was a very good video! Your video introduced me to several helpful features within the Kittl site that I have not yet explored or learned about before. I can intuitively familiarize myself with platforms and programs by simply trying them out. Otherwise KZbin or the blog page help me a lot. I've figured out how to combine it with my other graphics, video and 2D motion programs.

You asked if we have suggestions for videos. I do have one, and am not sure if it has been covered yet in earlier videos. I have just recently started to use KITTL AI and am unsure of when to use the “upscale” feature. For example, if I want to create a graphic I can use to fill most of a 4500x5400 pixel design template (for Amazon), which may need to be printed at 300ppi. I am aware that the Kittl AI produces lower resolution images. But I am not sure when I should upscale them. Should I do an “upscale” (using the link on Kittl) while working on the low resolution template (the template may be 4500x5400 at 72dpi). Or after I have added the AI image to my 72dpi template? I generally have downloaded 4500x5400 at 300dpi. Please advise. I am unsure of best practice on using these AI images so they print nicely on POD.

I have a pro account which is malfunctioned. When I go to create a design and hit merch in demand tshirt size it doesn’t bring up a proper 4500x5400 canvas but the infinity canvas instead. I have spent literally hrs trying to get the right artboard to pop up by inputting the dimensions manually too- even the download function doesn’t work as when I input 4500x5400 as soon as I hit download it switches it to 5400x5400. It’s frustrating beyond words. Any suggestions?

I loved kittl but it doesn't work for me anymore on my desktop Chrome browser. I've spent time with tech support and no one has helped with the issue. I'm going to end up canceling my subscription. 😢

Hey there, we're sorry to hear this, but there should not be any specific performance issues with Kittl in Chrome, especially on a desktop or laptop. We're deeply sorry support wasn't able to help and we are going to go look into the case now. Some things we would love for you to try before canceling: - Update Chrome To the Latest Browser Update - Try signing in to Kittl in an Incognito Browser - Try signing into Kittl in an alternate browser (FireFox, Safari OS, Yahoo, Edge (PC), etc) - Try updating your Computer's OS (which shouldn't have an effect, but just incase) - Attempt to use Kittl in your browser on another Wifi if able.

@Kittldesign thank you. We have tried this with the tech support and the issues that I'm mainly having are that my art boards do not auto save when I use chrome in windows. I provided screenshots and was told that there would a follow up but after several days the ticket would close. My account only works on safari using a Mac device.
