TESTIMONY: I am in a season of intentionally and purposefully battling strongholds. Today, as I was on my morning walk, my sneakers got irrationally untied 3 times. By the third time, I paused before trying to tie it again and understood God was trying to tell me something, so I asked Him. Immediately the word "loosen" came to my Spirit. And now, I hear this word from Pastor Vlad about loosening Strongholds like a shoe untied. Look at God!

​@@dustinlee4566 I was just talking to my women's Bible study about this. It starts with a leap of faith. Sometimes it's that quiet still voice in the midst of the chaos, other times it's through His Word, yet other times it's through people. The key is taking a leap of faith and trusting that perhaps the "third untied shoe lace moment" means something and going all in on believing God will speak back. I didn't always trust the "shoe lace" moments to be the Voice of God. It started with cultivating a relationship with God through scripture and prayer, and quiet times with the Lord, and then one moment of faith led to another, and another and another, until I was able to gain a good understanding of how God speaks to me.

@@ChrystianSong I'd say yes to all of those in regards to being strongholds. But you're still alive so it's not too late to turn to God and be forgiven. The part about your heart being shut is a lie from Satan and/or his demons. It's sounding like you're believing you're too far gone but know that you're not

This is a very good point. Strongholds and stuff like addiction are broken through not only by casting out the demons but by fillinf your self with word of god and relying or prayer and through perseverance. When demon is cast out, it is not the end , but the house that he has built is still there and we need to break that house with word of god. It may take some time but as it says in romans 5:3-5 we need to keep fighting for long journey. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
