I just want to share that a couple of weeks ago in October, I was triggered and activated by Mina's chats regarding weight loss and obesity. Having been overweight most of my life, I had to sit with the information, do my own research, and get real about what the excess weight was doing and the lack of discipline. I started a keto-carnivore diet inspired by the homo sapien ethos and lost 20 lbs I'm 3 weeks and plan to continue even through this holiday season while people carb stuff. I just want to say thank you for the activation. I truly think it's changing life.

In 2021 I decided that my fitness routine and way of eating were no longer things that I would take a break from during vacations and holidays. This has been life changing for obtaining and maintaining goals. I also love Mina's idea to add in more workouts to leverage building muscle with any extra calories. ❤ I think I'll integrate this idea this weekend ❤

Great video! I recently noticed something as an avid traveler that bread in the United States has sugar ... even the gluten-free bread! In Europe, that is not the case. No wonder the food overseas tasted different (in a very good way). I shared this with my hubby and asked him to please not purchase the gluten-free bread products. I've been noticing a great difference so far; I feel more light and more clear-minded without the unnecessary bread. Once in a while, it's okay to have, however, I can now see that having it as a staple was not good for me. I still can't believe how much added sugar is in so many products in the United States; I'm much more conscious to read labels and decide for myself if that is something I'd like to partake in.

HI Mina, great video. I started the carnivore diet three weeks ago, and I have already lost the weight. I also just took your parenting course, and it was life changing.😊 Do you have any videos or courses on how to feel safe. I have never experienced abuse or anything horrible, but I always feel unsafe. I can't even sleep properly when my husband is not there. I'm bloody in my 30s, for goodness sake.
