I verify insurance through Availity, One Source, Uhc Portal, Oscar portal, freedom portal and humana military. So happy we have so mang of these tools. They are fast. Our Eligibility tool in our ECW software doesnt work.

Thanks for your comment! I understand how confusing it can be. I would suggest looking up the practice on the insurance online directly and saving the list of plans or you can request a list form the insurance company contracting/credentialing department. However, if you end up calling the insurance company you can certainly ask the representative to check by providing the treating providers NPI #.

This is really great feedback! I am so sorry you didn't find this helpful. The video was done with a couple of decades of expertise and a tremendous amount of details sprinkled throughout. We do like to provide the community with the details needed to implement and perform the job. But I agree, sometimes less is more when the information is brand new.
