I'm Chris, a DEBT FREE Millennial, a 2 Time Best-Selling Author and I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 10 years. Over time, I have built a mini-empire in which I Coach-Consult-Speak-and-Write Books. I also work with Brands and Businesses on special projects. I founded a nonprofit, Grand CITY Sports, Inc. in 2008 where I work with promising youth, returning citizens and detention youth. Here on KZbin however, I teach entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs how to invest in the stock market, build a successful business, monetize their personal brand and become debt free. This channel takes you through my journey of how I invest and build wealth as well as how I build my business from the ground up, while sharing information on hardships, how I achieve success, build wealth, save and invest. I share all of this in hopes that it helps you in some way.
EACH WEEK, I highlight questions from my subscribers related to investing or business and stocks I purchase throughout the week. #BEGINNERSONLY #STOCKS with the #OPTIONS. My goal is to generate more passive income through purchasing shares of high quality dividend paying companies.
Dividends are some of the most powerful tools for building passive and retirement income. Dividends are the life blood of executives, the wealthy and powerful which is why income on them is TAX FREE up to $38,600 (or $77,200 when filing jointly)!
It's not that difficult to get started building your very own portfolio that pays you money to sleep. Follow my journey and let's create some wealth!

I drove my 2002 Chevy Impala for about 18 years and only had less than 150,000 miles on it when I traded it. I did buy a brand new 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD that's almost paid off because I needed a break from repairs for a while, a more reliable ride, and my kids were bigger. One has special needs and needs more leg room.

I payed off my credit card debt it was only 1.7k but them interests had me like hell naw so I payed it off before taking my vacation. I been driving my 06 mustang since 2016 instead of getting a newer car rather get a house. Last I started investing a year / year and half ago when I had reached my lowest on my profile, one of the best decisions. I work with ppl that pop bottles and hit the clubs but I’m light years ahead of them so no matter what they say about me I cannot get convinced to go out with them. The main goal is to retire early as possible. Chris is my top favorite investor, the other top guys keep making mistakes. Thanks coach !

What car did you get? Obv being financially liberated doesn't involve getting the best car you like, but I envision getting myself a niceee Porsche once I'm all set up. Finance manager at my current dealership told me "get the house first, then get the porsche" 😂 he's right but damn, I rode in a 2021 Porsche 4S twin turbo literally two weeks after that and let me tell you, I need that car! 😂

Youll notice that with most things. I used to be really into tvs/home theater. When you get a new big tv you see it and think how awesome it is but 6 months later....its just a tv. Growing up my dad bought a nice hot tub, we used it a bunch for a few months, then it sat unused for like a decade until we sold the house. Our brains just adapt to new things and that cool new toy just becomes a normal thing.

Never inside our home! It makes a world of difference when you have the right person in your life. Everything just falls into place. No debt, good jobs, retirement pension #2 is right around the corner. Invest well and often. Prior, planning, prevents pi$$ poor performance are the words we live by! Good luck to everyone and be safe out there! 🙏

Marriage... I agree. I use a second hand car tactic. Decide on what problems you will live with for the rest of your life then you have great start in a positive direction. Don't mary someone you think will change or you can change and then realize later it's not working after having children etc. Take your time to see the worst in them and they in you then mKe a decision. Peace and blessings to you all. Go Tesla!!! I have seen the worst in Tesla so far... dca ING into my relationship with Tesla these days... ❤

In 2016, I told my wife not to sell our stock to pay off the house, saying it's not a loss until we sell. Despite a $100,000 loss, we consulted a financial advisor, held on, and later gained it back plus $1.7 million to date. We used the extra gain to pay off the house and are now debt-free. She was glad she listened to me.

@@MRUSHER7 yeah I'm visually disabled, can see poor, but cannot drive. ECERYTHING I BUY is on cc...delivered or shipped AND was covering a household of 4. Finally ahead with still more to pay off. I did however, build huge travel benefits which I take advantage of.

Mr. Sain...... Thanks for putting out this motivational video. Thank you for taking the time to add more motivational and informative subjects like this to your collection of great videos. I felt myself slightly veering off course, but you just grabbed the wheel for me.

I Hit 34k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Louise O'Brien for helping me achieve this ..

#1 is so TRUE. Coach, back in 2017 I tried to start mining bitcoin. Spouse was not on board. Last year when BTC WAS AT $15k…. Tried to buy half a coin…. Nope did not want me to do it. Strong message. Started buying Nvidia at $200… couldnt get on one accord to go all in back then🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Great segment! Good and sound info and totally agree on everything! And I haven’t had, outside of my truck, a car note in nine years and when I did I paid cash ; but stopped buying new cars decades ago. Outside of a heloc that I use to buy properties, I am debt free. Got out of time in a couple of weeks before I ended up paying. I began consistently investing in my 30s because I became exposed to the market doing school work program in my senior year in high working at a brokerage firm. Didn’t do it right away but it stuck with me and I eventually did and never regretted it. Been driving all vehicles for over years Andre this gives me plenty to invest with and be able to sow into others. Only use cash rewards credit cards and pay off before paying any interest. Don’t hang out listen to people who don’t practice being a good steward of their finances and caught up in just buying and don’t make a plan or write a vision.

I love your video. I watched it twice. " I'm married to the devil". Lol. I it's a struggle when you want more than your partner wants. I like your little spiel about the timeshare too. All of it was great. I can relate.
