WHO AM I?
I'm Charlotte.
I'm 28, love carbs, rubbish 90's music, Prosecco and baths without finding a bath toy stuck under my bum.
I have a little boy called Bill (born June 2012) and a little girl called Daisy (born April 2016).
I am, very recently, a full-time vlogger and blogger (the stuff dreams are made of), but I am also a trained journalist, former magazine editor, and content lead.
I'm also part of Channel Mum - which is really worth checking out if you're a mama like me and want to find videos to make you laugh, cry, nod, or get advice. / channelmum
I was a single mum, just me and Bill. But then I had a bit of a fairytale moment when I met Mark (he's a bit lovely) and things are better than I could have hoped for now. Daisy was born with Stickler Syndrome, and a cleft palate like me. Her start has been rocky but she'll be fine. She's got a family who adore her after all.
I know that all mums are different in their own way, but I hope you enjoy seeing snippets of my life, all the same.

Found out we are expecting after a while trying and a chemical pregnancy in March so super excited 🥰 just over 5 weeks today and I usually get hyperemesis so I feel sooo nervous 😬 ❤️❤️❤️

i have only done 3 pregnancy sticks earlier and found out i was pregnant. the symptoms you described matched exactly what i felt last week (back ache, pain on the side, sore boobs, breakouts in odd places like my ears). Charlotte Louise Taylor , thank you 😆 I've ate lots of fruit mainly strawberries,mango and I like lemons so ate lots of them, and cheese that's been a craving and ate packs of twiglets, I thought was a girl as all I ate with my girls lemons , was no missing the boy parts I had 15 wk growth scan and could see then, and confirmed at 16wk babybond scan, I also had 6 weeks scan and ramzi theory said boy .... no long now until you find out x

If you go by the date of your last period that will help you determine your week. So if you last period was say…17 days ago, you’d be about 2.5 weeks. Does that make sense? xx

Calculate from first day of your last menstrual period. There are apps & online sites that can calculate how far you are along for you. All you need to know is the date of your last period. For instance if your last period started June 1st and ended June 5th. Then you calculate from June 1st.

Which test did you use, I'm late with no symptoms and I don't want to wait for 8 weeks so which test can detect the hCG levels earlier and provide accurate results please help
