Hey, I do like your style, but it's -30 degrees Celsius in my area, so it's quite hard to find something nice looking and warm. So, you have to choose whether you wish to look good and it's gonna be cold or look quite strange but at least it's warm. Will you give some examples on how to look good when it's -30? You don't really have to change anything. I am 6'4" and have a 13 shoe. You can go with Chelsea boots , Oxford shoes. I tend to avoid square toe shoes because it makes my feet look floppy

The only thing you need to do to casual it further is keep the color but change the clothing pieces. For ex change the shoes to boots or sneakers , slacks for jeans , you can keep the turtle necks because they actually go well with casual fits. The jacket is optional but can be changed to a zip up hoodie to retain the layering
