I had high Cholesterol, cut out eggs red meat fat and had no change, then did a cutting weight lifting program for six weeks and cut out carbs, mainly bread, all wheat products and sugar and guess what? my cholesterol dropped significantly! eating fat doesn't seam to raise my cholesterol?

Keep in mind that 80% of the cholesterol in your body is manufactured/made in your liver. Thus, it happens internally and NOT externally from food! Depending on the fat you eat, they will lower or raise your cholesterol. Same with carbohydrates. There is no bad food group, just bad foods. In fact, higher carbs does worse for many people because of insulin. This is why this drsam.co/yt/LowerSugarLevels has helped lower cholesterol for many of my customers, even though it’s designed to lower blood sugar. Also, each of us digests and assimilates food differently. For example, I don’t do well with red meat or high fat diets. You don’t do well with high carbs. It’s great that you know what is working for you!

This is 2 separate questions. Why do you have “heart disease”? As far as eggs being safe, YES! The problem is sugar, grains and carbohydrates. Lower them and you’ll be better off. What you want is hard (getting proteins with pure vegetarian meals) but it's not impossible. I have the questions answered in my other videos, but I know rice is rich in proteins (needed to grow your muscles), seeds (like pumpkin) are also high. Start from these

NO! Ketogenic diets are fine for short term results, but NOT a long-term diet. Too much of the wrong proteins and fats. A TRUE ketogenic diet is 90 FAT and nobody will do that. Your goal should be to reduce simple carbs and sugars, more vegetables and healthy fats. However, diet will only do so much. And why would that be? Because the milk or the cow is different? That’s like saying cheese is different than milk or yogurt. It’s all the same. It may be healthier, but it’s not healthy. And don’t get me wrong, I have some a few times a week, it’s fine. Live life. But, don’t overdo it =)
