I've barely played 3008. (I just joined and tried it for a bit then left and never played it again 1 or 2 years ago) But it seems like there should be an option to lock your builds, to prevent other players from moving things you moved first, meaning that you can own builds. But Idk, it may also be abused like you can trap people.

You have to build a base using items in the store, sometimes people will grief you by taking the floor boards from under you or by stealing stuff from your base which is why people will sometimes ask others to leave their base. Other times a base can be full of people trying to build and heal each other and offer food, its kind of a coin toss what kind of player you'll meet.

The thing I do is play with friends, I will be out collecting food and collecting materials while my friends look after the base. It's usually a sky base. When someone comes to our base unwelcome, my friend grabs the item under them, and they fall. I usually play with more than 1 friend, so when they try that trick on 1 of them, my friend does it to them. The base is usually high up, so they would take a decent amount of damage falling.

5 thing that i think it was worse in scp 3008 1. You reset character when you have a base and u forgot to make a waypoint 2. You reset character when you was spawn far away from ur base (even have a waypoint) 3. You have a food and u died and u forgot to make a waypoint where u died 4. Sometimes scp can get into ur base even tho the door was big 5. At bloodnight scp get smarter and stronger the way they attack us and the damage was high

The worst moment I had is when,I spent 4 hours on a motel sized building, which is just 2 shelves with a wall around it to keep the employees out, only for 1 hour later, 2 guys came in and I allowed them to stay in the NICEST way. One guy named candrey501 claimed it was his base and said I should get out, I refuse to get out, this continued on fora few seconds, then another guy came in and he said to he get out, then he started to throw the NICELY organised medkits on the floor and the food, the other guy, named alexandfonri, nicknamed Tip_dando (I think) did the same. The other guy left, then Alex COMPLETELY ruined my base letting alone the employees to come in and kill the 2 guys,except me cuz i stayed high. So do not let anybody in a big base unless trusted. If candrey501 and Tip_Dando (alexandfonri) is reading this, I took that personally and 🖕you both you absolute piece of 💩

Guys i have an advice for you. If someone enters your home, tries to shape it for themselves and wont get out, destroy your house a bit and they will get out. Then recover it cus they will be afraid of dying in night and getting to dead ends while runnign all the time and flee immediately
