A face turn doesn´t need to come with a character change. Look at LA Knight. All he did is beeing a dick to heels now instead of babyfaces, but he is still the same character. But this beeing said, I agree Rhea should stay heel :D

Bayley is the one who needs the face turn the most, even though her heel turn was the most successful in recent years, it saved her career. Remaining in the women's roster, I believe that Raquel needs to turn heel, as a face she has little personality and she's not considered as she deserves
