In my opinion, The bathroom should be built under the stairs. And the kitchen should create opposite zones. A bedroom that is too small can expand into the middle of the house. It is built with wooden slats that run all the way to the roof. And then put up curtains as well. The bedroom should be a private space that should not be revealed to anyone below.
