If I'm not wrong your clients still need an OpenAI premium subscription to use these GPTs? So do you present them the GPTs for free, but then tell them you'll have to pay $20USD/month to use it?

You’re right, but I think it’s still a really excellent resource to offer. I will strongly suggest to potential clients that having the paid Plus plan will help their business in other ways, so I suggest they get their own account, then they can access my site of Custom GPTs.

Useful video. Been cold emailing for the last one month with little to no response. When you say Free - 1) do you mean we setup the Agent for free, get them to try out for a month and if they like it then charge a monthly retainer OR 2) do you mean free to use as long as they want? Asking because these tools (Voiceflow, Botpress) charge monthly.

Great video, I do agree with it. However having 60% of your monthly recurring revenue coming from one client could have its own problems. All your eggs in one basket type of problem.
