Is it weird to have a favorite kid when they aren't my kids? He's an absolute joy. My son is only 21 months. I run as much as I can with him in hopes he'll take an interest in the future. I hope we can run a marathon together.

It was so cool seeing Ranier having fun running! I first watched your channel at the start of the A.T. it is pretty cool seeing him go from sitting inside a backpack at 2 years of age to running the awesome city of Cincinnati at 5 years old. A 5 year old shouldn't be training for a marathon. Age limits exist for a reason. Attempting a marathon at that age is so dangerous. His body simply isn't developed enough to take that kind of distance. Very irresponsible. A marathon is very demanding on the body. I have ran them and know. Running with a child is a positive thing but not that kind of distance. He also asks to turn around at various points as he is struggling.

That little boy is growing he's such a sweetheart. Ben and Kami your children are a real credit to you.oh my I remember when he was born then the trail. He's seen so much through observation he's going to rock the run in his own special way. I love his take on this 3 miles of experience such a beautiful soul.
