Jensen being so excited about soccer and school is adorable. He’s going to rock both of them. Where we live in the west coast of Canada it’s the same as you guys re: school. My kids are all older now but I was always able to take them out of school as long as I talked to the teacher and kept them up to date on their work. I found a lot of teachers thought it was a great opportunity for the kids to travel and learn about life in other places.

In South Carolina kids get unlimited time off if they have covid. Sick with anything else u need a Dr note if you miss 3 days in a row or more. If you miss a day at random the parents can write up to 5 notes to excuse the kid from school. If you use it all up or go over they fail you and send you to summer school. In upstate NY it's the same deal but summer school is only available if you are in high school because they really want kids to graduate rather then drop out due to too many absences.

Because he has a summer birthday we can choose to send him as the youngest in his grade or let him go the next year as the oldest. We chose the latter.

At 5 minutes Bre, you look so amazingly beautiful with your natural fresh face. I really wish women had the confidence to just show themselves the way they actually look. Instead of hiding their natural features with man-made products, as every woman turns themselves into an overly made-up clown/drag queen wearing a literal mask just to be able to walk outside. I am so glad that Jay has started kindergarten. Hes going to love it. But when you talk about a house, you have to keep your house up. And when you're gone as much as you are. There's no way that yo can keep it up. I'm glad the house didn't flood. And you had a busted water line that would have been bad, so a house is kept. If you're there checking everything and not gone all the time.
