Hi!’ What was a rough estimate of the full renovation? My husband and I are purchasing one to renovate and love this set up!

It definitely depends on your location. We had builders from $280,000 to $430,000 or so. We ended up around 300,000 but we’re also located in the pricey Washington DC area 😅 I hope this is helpful!
