Thx...My main purpose of this video is not to demotivate anyone, but I have received few emails of the applicants, in which looks like Agents / Accountants are showing dreams to students/graduate visa holders, that open a business and apply SWV, without telling them the real story. These agents, will take money for service and will disappear and applicant will have to pay all this cost and eventually the applicant will lose everything as in reality there was no actual genuine business which was generating income to pay the tax.

You miss out the large part. To pay yourself £38k a year you need to show your company generates turnover to pay you. This will then be subject to VAT and possibly corporation tax. Your accounts need to be submitted to HMRC.
