I have the same bag, and experienced exactly the same points you mentioned 😅 ..broken zipper, faded/yellow color, squeaky sound when walking.. Glad to hear I'm not the only one 😊 Not my favourite bag tbh, but decent as a sportsbag when you need to bring a bit more stuff. Good luck with the next one!

Thanks for the video, I had the exact same issues 😅 that metal thing broke as well and i put a paperclip in - fits exactly and looks a bit better than your solution hahah

Why not take advantage of the lifetime warranty? Would be great to know if that process was easy to go through
