can you remember at what point in your journey on T did people not misgender you anymore (people who would see you for the first time, to undoubtedly consider you male for sure) and can you say if the flexible rod implant is in any way uncomfortable every day? is it attached (glued) to the bone or just randomly fixed on it? I'm asking because there are not many people who've had this implant to give details about the results.

Hello I just have a qestion maybe you can answer. I'm sorry if it offends or anything. I have known I'm trans for a while now and there are times I want to start the process and I'm determined and 100 on it. And times when I'm scared of the what if. did you feel this also?

Yes, I believe its the same for all of us. We have so much to think about and the changes will not only affect us but everyone in our family. For me, I had already settled in life for so long, but being injured and retired made me spend more time with myself that I started drawing inward. The best advice I can give you is: when you look in the mirror what do you see? Can you live with that person the rest of your life, contently? And/or do you not see yourself and do you need to see yourself? For me every time I looked into the mirror I did not see me. Transitioning is selfish in a way it is all about us. We are nurturing, changing a new us and it does take some time to do that. Also remember that there might be some, who don't understand, or don't agree but those who love you will be there..... Also that those who are around you may slip up with pronouns, name, etc....give them time too. Oh believe me its frustrating but don't take it out on them..... Yes, it is very scary but once you start you won't believe how fast it goes before you're looking in the mirror and can see you 100%..... Blessings
