First up -- a berry medley smoothie! The perfect DIY (or with some help) activity for kids, Zhuri introduces you to the fun of making your own smoothies! And she's sharing!

SMOOTHIE #1
Berry Fruity Smoothie
1 handful of grapes
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
3.5 oz frozen açaí (Use açaí bars!)
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp honey
1 cup apple juice
SMOOTHIE #2
Blackberry Medley Smoothie
2 cups blackberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 banana
1 handful grapes
1 cup sliced pineapple (frozen)
1 cup mango (frozen)
1 tbsp honey
1 cup almond milk
