5 Yu-Gi-Oh Melodious Combos you NEED to Know!

Sorry for not going into this earlier. An exemplary setup to show how to best play certain situations. Most still aren't convinced of Mirage Lights but knowing how to play best around it by giving it fodder will come in handy (and needs just some changed from the Bagooska lines which had a similar flow), and also comes in handy for Orange Light. The only thing I believe it's missing (but it wouldn't be 5 combos then) is an Ostinato line which doesn't use Shopina as having to Ash a Mulcharmy is a factor, thus not having Shopina's effect available that turn. Overall good selection!

I didn’t even know or think of these combo lines. I usually end on a board with aria, shopina, schuberta, scales, and etoile but I liked the double schuberta or the herald combo a lot. Great video!

I got a solid 7-2 with melodious yesterday at the italian open and one of the main reasons was this video. Now... i had to adjust some steps a bit cause I played tamtam+fusion sub in the main but still... Thank you for the help man

So about summoning soprano instead of aria from 1st movement, I don’t get it. If we summon soprano, and let us assume refrain gets negated (a more careful player might choose to wait to ash the couplet instead). There is no world where a competent player would hand trap soprano a second time. They would wait till they summon bacha, and then negate that with imperm / veiler. Your play essentially ends there, with only a negated bacha on field and after being melodious locked and with no ns left. Alternately, if you start with summoning aria with 1st movement, you still die after being ashed on refrain and then handtrapped on the link. However, it initially puts the opponent in a “must have ash in hand” situation. Both cases die to nib + ht. The only difference I see is that the first line is somewhat more protected from a nib alone in hand. Alternately, summoning aria first shuts down imperm and veiler completely, forcing your opponent to have an ash in hand or watch silently. I want to say that the choice is not as clear cut as you put it, because an opponent who knows the deck would choose better spots to hand trap. Tell me if I missed something, open to discussion ofcourse.

I explained this in the video, the line you take gets absolutely piss slammed by nib and ash in my line u never have just Bacha on field. This line is significantly better into handtraps

Also, the line you mentioned still dies to 2 hand traps. You never hand trap the soprano, you wait to handtrap the bacha! Is there any alternate line I’m missing?

I literally say when we summon etoile that it’s the 5th summon of the turn lol so yes it plays thru nib and when u summon bacha u still have soprano on the field so u are missing a lot. Please re watch as I explained all of this before and during the combo

Do you have any tips for when you Open shopina? It's glued to my hand for some reason. Do you usually just try to set up scales and pendulum it?

Often I fuse with it from hand or discard on cl1 with bloom cl2 bacha to summon it back

@ it is the factual definition as a brick my friend, it’s a level 5 that you do not ever want to draw ever, it’s not a starter or extender and it’s effect when u do summon it is situational. That card is a big brick the same way shopina is, but shopina has a cracked eff so it’s okay. Aria is also a brick but is the most important card of the deck, but u don’t want to draw it

@ Shopina is a worse brick, because I never want to draw her, I always want to cheat her out of the deck. Elegy being drawn is not ideal but it’s not as bad as drawing Shopina
