How to Play King of the Hill:
King of the Hill does not require any mods to play (unless you want to play a modded map or RHS koth). Just type 'King of the Hill' in the mission section of the search filter. Infantry only servers will have "INFANTRY ONLY" or possibly "INF" in the server name. Look for servers running the v16 version of King of the Hill.

I highly recommend JSRS soundmod, it also has additional support for many vehicle/infantry mods required for some KOTH servers

Hey dude. As mattolsen says the JSRS sound mod is good and quite a few people use it, but personally I just keep the vanilla audio. Vanilla audio in Arma 3 has been improved quite a lot over the years and I'm not sure if a sound mod will still work as well as vanilla audio when it comes to being able to tell the direction and distance of gun shots and things like that. The modded audio could be just as good for that type of thing, but I've not looked into it.

@@Luke9K thank you! I also gave a question on windows sonic or dolby atmos sound I’m using beyerdynamic dt880 I’m guessing I need to just run the stereo windows setting and no virtual 3d sound stage option? The game probably will sound better and be more accurate with locating things that way?

JSRS can have pretty piss poor flat effects that can sound very disconnected from terrain/situation. JSRS's weak spots are bigger than in vanilla imo and fuck 3rd person infantry only
