AAL284 I do that because Zach is only online between 4am - 7am EST so it's the only time to record with him. Also I don't get interrupted at night with phone calls or anything so I can focus on recording/editing.

Just wanted to say it's great how you learnt to drive a manual (Stick shift) and I must give you props for being a good driver :) just a little tip with driving a manual tho, you should probably lay off using the gears (down-shifting) to slow you down when approaching a stop-sign or red light... yes it's is a great method but its a real killer on your clutch and replacing your clutch is gonna cost a tonne more $$$ than replacing your brakes. Down-shifting to gain speed (speed-up) when merging or taking a slow turn is fine but when coming to a complete stop you should brake all the way in whatever gear you're already in and then when you stop put it in 1st or neutral and handbrake up !, unless say you were in 4th and lost a load of speed but didn't come to a complete stop then shifting down to 2nd or 3rd is fine to pick up speed but when you hear your revs shoot up because you down-shifted to slow down is not a good thing at all. So basically, only down-shift in order to pick up speed, not to slow down ! :D

I don't want to start a war here but not all vehicle's can do that technique my dad shifts the same way as buggs does except in a different vehicle or it will stall out. also it's an effective Emergency braking technique to slow down when used with brake's. ps. buggs keep up with the good work

Zachary Wierenga Yeh like I said, it can be a very effective way of reducing speed especially in new cars as it uses engine braking technology but in an old car like buggs's it practically does nothing except give him less control of the car and even speed it up (which defeats the purpose of slowing down), you can hear the revs shoot up so all he's doing is wearing out his clutch and transmission allot. He's better off using his brakes when coming to a complete stop. Also he needs to stop resting his hand on the shifter because its a bad habit and is not good on the gear-box and transmission. I'm just trying to give him some tips otherwise he's gonna have tonnes of problems and a huge bill when he goes for a car check :)

I Understand :) my dad hasn't driven a manual car for seven years but has experience where the clutch is cheaper then brakes. in fact the last vehicle he has driven with manual was a Kentworth 16 Speed which sucks! and to whom ever is reading this. be considerate to Semi-Trucks, Fire Trucks, Ambulance's, And Police Cars. And DO NOT tailgate or pull out in front them 1 it is not worth it 2 if they were responding to your house, you would want people to move out of the way.
