***** Behind closed doors, they'll complain about migrants nothing too serious but, there is a heavy disdain for homosexuals. My mother comes from a Christian family that taught her those things, and my grandparents on both sides brought each of my parents up 'Proper British' don't know how I can put it any better. They aren't really racist, but there is a lack of acceptance for people of a certain orientation. It's frustrating because it's just taught behaviour, I was also brought up in a kind of similar fashion but I managed to look past all the ignorance and make up my own mind. I still like his channel, and cannot stand the people you refer to in your response, but find it hard to believe there are statics to prove these people are lower in IQ, despite how it may seem to us. It does help if he is not saying a person with conservative views, as I lean toward, are proven to be dumber. I think that is an assertion impossible to prove, be it true or not. +Terry Bellowes What I dislike most is how most of this anti-"homophobia" stuff seems to be so easily swallowed and from how it is sometimes portrayed in media, down-right worshiped imo, that I have lost all faith in such "studies". I lost internet mid post so I hope this is not repeated. I fully agree the term "homophobia" implies we fear them. I do not agree with their actions, but I like all of them I have met. I don't think any of them dislike me after getting to know me, but they do understand it is not something I want to be a part of. Our culture paints us with a wide brush on this topic. Either we embrace everything they do and believe in, or we are bigots, hateful, etc. It amazes me how I can be introduced to someone in a positive way by a friend, and the first thing I hear is how they are "queer", and what do I think about it. If I tell them the truth, that I don't feel any different about them, although the lifestyle is not for me, I expect to get an earful about how intolerant I am. Important note: Not everyone acts this way. I have friends who respect my views, but a negative reaction is way too common. I am a conservative Christian, and believe people have a value given to them by God (Please don't be offended - believe as you like). If you are a person who does things I don't like, I can name dozens of things I do I don't like. If you knew me well you might think I was a "good" person, but if you really knew my faults you might think I was a terrible hypocrite. My belief in God and desire to be a better person does not make me a good person. In fact, I think it often makes me realize how bad I can be. I agreed with the person who responded to my comment earlier, not because I would have worded it that way, but because it seemed respectful of my post, and I did agree with what I took it to mean. I am a bit older that some of the KZbin viewers, so if someone takes the time to respond in an agreeable way, I am going to respond in kind, and assume any differences are not worth harping on, as I may not fully understand their point. I am offended at how many things are trying to state that people with conservative views must be ignorant because they do not follow the main stream. There are extremely intelligent people who are very conservative and do not agree with homosexuality. "Studies" like those are usually one-sided in order to show the result desired by the one doing the study. Science has completely lost sight of what a hypothesis truly is. Racism isn't something that has to do with an IQ level, but usually an inner hate that started by them or someone they care about being hurt by a different race.

I've actually been to Mackinac island and Mackinaw city. Yes that is how it is spelled. They have enough fudge shops there, that you could get at least a pound going around getting free samples. There are lots of horses used for transportation. Overall it's a beautiful island and worth the trip.

Expecting a firestorm here, but oh well. Keep in mind that while, yes, I am against homosexuality. I am merely pointing out a few things. And will attempt to keep my faith out of it, other than a brief mention. Homosexuality, from a socio-historical point becomes degenerative eventually. It is a factor which has been attributed to several empires. One, which is well known for debauchery in general: Rome. As Rome first started out, their marriage laws were strict but as the kingdom progressed ( eventually to republic and empire) it's moral laws regarding sexual conduct slackened greatly. It included homosexuality, pedophelia, beastiality, adultery; these all became more accepted. All under the name of social acceptance or progression. When in fact, it was detrimental. And a contributing factor to the fall of the empire. Pt.1
