In Goodtimes' 90s version of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer his voice does glow. In fact, in that movie it is sort of a super power he unlocks. Eton actually is the most prestigious school in all of the UK. Every royal house member has gone there since Elizabeth taking the throne. Honestly they are still running on the old British education system which hasn’t been updated. They still use paper books and such. Most US schools have already changed to completely digital formats and have the fully adaptable boards. British schools are stuck in the mid 19th to early 20th century with blackboards and really bad projectors. I myself made the switch to digital during college because I had to. It was a heck of lot lighter not having books to carry. Most people would call Eton very old fashioned and not up to speed on the happenings of the world.
