I met 50 when he was starting out back in the early 2000s. Never heard of him before but he was staying at our hotel in Panama City Beach for a Spring Break concert. He was absolutely the kindest rapper we ever had stay with us. Very respectful of the other guests and stopped for every photo and autograph employees and guests asked for. Completely a class act even back in the beginning.

When we were kids we loved her in ET, when we were horror loving pre-teens we loved her in Firestarter and Cats Eye, then when she was just 17, she did that Poison Ivy film, and all the girls loved her bad ass performance, and every teen aged boy and young adult male had too…well, if you’ve seen it, then you know. 😂 and that includes 50 and Em. Eminem and 50 have loved her for a long time, I’m sure of it. Even in this interview 50 is crushing on her hard 😂 she’s truly iconic to the gen x generation.
