A new carb for that bike only costs like 15-20$. Just buy a new carb and it will be fine. You can also get new plastics for like 20-25$ from china. I have seen on wish that they sell top end rebuild kits for 25$ too. Dont give up on it.

I took the engine apart in the latest episode, piston and rings looked great. The gasket was bad in multiple spots tho.

You have an air leak somewhere! That's why change idle does nothing as its dragging air in somewhere else

That choke problem might be main jet in carburetor. I've experienced that once on my quad and there was main jet just keeping on the last thread, the vacuum didn't make any pressure in carb by pushing the air - too little fuel got up the needle

I had the same problem what you have to do is change the fuel and air mixture screws and that’s it it’s just because it’s sending to much air through the carb which drags more fuel in which raises the rpm

New rear tube: $5 New carb so the bike runs like brand new: $20 New throttle: $10 New gasket kit and oil for the engine: $25 Using zip ties and twine and then junking the bike because you aren’t smart enough to fix it: Priceless!

Try changing the jetting. As the bike was running fine at night with different temperature, and then in the morning when the air was more dense it wasnt running properly, so you need to either change the jetting, or adjust the air - fuel screw

I don't think the difference between running it at night and running it in the morning should be that significant tho, I ended up buying a new carb.

Its probably the piston rings you will need to replace them with new ones, and if the cylinder is damaged a lot you will need to replace it aswell

in the jets youll see a whole in the middle... the smallest pin prick hole jet is the pilot jet which controls the idle and take off of the bike, the bigger jet has a slighly bigger hold in the middle of it which controls the half and full throttle, sounds like you need to clean the pilot jet first but wont hurt doing both

Well... Not really, just measure the length of the two bolt holes on the manifold and the diameter of the Intel.

Everyone can say it’s the carb but these things are so cheap you can never be certain I had the same problem and I replaced the spark plug boot and it runs great now no issues

Get a new carb,throttle tube,throttle cable,make your fuel lines shorter and straighter,re-build your top end,and check for air leaks because that's why you're idle screw isn't doing anything,its just pulling air in from somewhere else

crank shaft seals and bearings are probably stuffed and sucking air into the crankcase through the gaps, witch causes the bike to idle very high.

if the bike doesnt want to start anymore at all then shorten the fuel line and make it more streamline so the fuel doesnt have to climb up to get into the carbi

Een ruiken aan de olie. Als ge naft ruikt zit ge met naft die in het carter geraakt. Een sproeier die druppelt ofzo. Vandaar het kleur van de olie ook een beetje

all u need to do bro is clean out the pilot and main jet... get your carbi cleaner can with its nozzle on it and shove it down the jets with care and blast the fuck out of them, 1 miniscuel grain of grit can make an engine run and sound so painful. its a good little bike bro i got one meself the other day, they go hard.

Slowly step away from the bike and put down the tools, You need to go watch some youtube channel's on how to diagnose problems first ... like spark/electrical, leak down tests, cable adjustments, carburetor cleaning, air & fuel ... That loose throttle cable just drove me nuts, I started twitching like a junkie that gone cold turkey lol
