I don't wear hijab but my mum does, and she gets plain fitted tops and wears them underneath off-shoulder sweaters. She gets the top in a different colour, but it would be a colour that goes well with the sweater and it makes it pop out even more. You can try this out, but just know that choosing the right top colour can be a little tricky
