I cannot hit those ADS Ashe shots. What is it about them? I can hip fire with her really easily and hit those. Is it my positioning? I’m a Lucio main in GM but my DPS Only account (which is mainly McCree/Genji) is like, 4100 peak. My aim is decent. Any tips?

There's a post on reddit which explains how Ashe's FOV compared to Widow's works. It relies on some math, but if you change your scoped sens (on Ashe) using that post, your aim should improve. Soz for Trashe English

One international lan a year wouldn't tell much. Korea and asian countries would put a permanent team together to practice all year with each other, and america would scrounge up a team based on popularity of the players from all the different teams to practice together a week or two before the lan. And one tournament isn't enough to gauge srrength of region anyway. To really tell who is the best region there would have to be multiple teams from each region playing multuple tournaments all year. Then whoever had the best stats at the end of the cup would be recognized as the best region. A points system so to speak.
