I have a phobia of the sea too. Just you describing it made me feel sick, a couple months back i went scuba diving which ive done for years but hadnt done it in a couple months, 15 metres underwater (not at ground level, it was probs 30 metres deep) lost ym regulator, freaked out, couldnt find it so i swum up super fast 15 metres which is vv dangerous, google it and 10 metres up thought i was going to die and just closed my eyes and was crying in my mask, choking and coughing underwater. I made it out and couldnt swin for the rest of the holiday and now i cant swin any deeper than my waist unless in a pool then to my neck.
