Please eat plenty of Yogurt and buttermilk and fermented food for B12. We Indians shout atleast consume 30-40 mins of sunlight (mostly early morning sunlight) And B12 deficiency is because of the insufficient food bacterias in stomach to avoid this (please eat homemade food , no excess tea and coffee and alcohol , also eat fermented food)
