About the "13 people rule": Ron had Scabbers with him when she arrived, which means that there were already 13 people sitting there. The first to rise was Dumbledore, who was also the first of them who died. And in DH 13 people gather at the Burrow after the battle of Little Whinging. Lupin was the first who left and later he was the first person (of those 13), who died in the battle of Hogwarts. This means that Trelawney predicted the deaths of Sirius, Dumbledore and Lupin.
