I'm a total insomniac listening from the UK. A calm voice regardless seems to help. The last time I slept was Thursday, and I got three hours. At least this helps me doze, and sometimes I'll drift for an hour. I'm grateful for anything I can get. Love to you all who know this feeling. Much respect! ✌️

Also going to suggest KZbin Premium! I had it for quite a while now and it’s worth every penny. No commercials, none! One other perk is you can shut down your iPad/iPhone and it still plays what your listening too. Great for battery life or for checking out other websites while still listening to my KZbin shows or audiobooks! Love, love it. I don’t have cable and the $12 bucks it cost me here in Canada is a pittance to what Bell or Roger’s used to charge me to watch their crappy offerings.
