@@Char1ieskate So as im quite a visual thinker i might have an advantage here. But basically you close your eyes and focus on what you see behind your eyelids. After some time it can happen that random things appear. You can train this too when going asleep you watch your thoughts and from time to time when you slowly begin to dream you will notice how you start hearing and seeing things. But you have to be quite conscious to notice it before youre fully asleep. When awake it can help to consume alcohol or weed but nothing i would advise doing :)
