CBSE Instructions about Teacher Training: Every school should ensure that all the teachers must participate in at least 50 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD). Out of these 50 hours, CPD of 25 hours shall be completed by the teacher in the programmes organized by the Board or by the State Govt. or Govt. No, other than CBSE. CBSE sessions (25 hours) only to be attended after registration on CBSE official training portal.

No, it's non cbse but adds to 50 hours. (CBSE 25 hours + others 25 hours) it's that others part.
