Hey everyone!! I normally don't ask for anything, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin. The impact of self isolation will be massive in terms of people’s physical and mental health. I tell people that your channel addresses both of these things. Sydney, I have been following you for almost a year now. I quit going to the gym b/c I found your workouts to be so much more effective and enjoyable and easier to do on my schedule since I could do them at home. Since my area is pretty much on lockdown - no school, no gyms, no Y's, no stores, no restaurants, pretty much everything is closed but hospitals and grocery stores, I have been sharing your name with more people that can no longer goto the gym b/c they are closed. Thank you for continuing to provide new, daily workouts always, but especially during this extremely difficult time.

As a person who suffers from decision fatigue and overthinking, your channel is really a blessing. I used to spend forever making playlists of different workouts to try and find the right balance without getting bored. But you’ve made it sooooo effortless (mentally 😂) to keep myself fit and strong. I know you will provide challenges and rotate through the muscle groups, with a great mix of strength and cardio and intensity. I love that I don’t even gave to think about it - if Sydney says we are doing XYZ today, then XYZ it is! I love it! ❤️💪🏼🔥

Yes, me too! I would mentally try to figure out which one to do next and remember what I just did this week. She has made it so easy to just hit play and go with whatever she has for us, and I know if I do the workouts with her every day then I'm working everything weekly like I should. I just love her channel it has made such a huge difference for me.

💯 agree! No more working out which video to do each day to hit all body parts, get in my cardio whilst making sure to not overtrain🥴 Now I just press Play and go! I even do things with Sydney I normally wouldn’t do - if Sydney says we do this, then I do it, End of story! Have never been fitter or stronger in my 42 years of life despite being a former gym bunny for decades!

Very tough workout, so glad I stuck it out, and didn’t miss the great message at the end! We are in Nova Scotia, Canada, only 7 cases, and the province is working so hard to shut things down and stop this! Everyone is self-isolating, especially my hubby and I. He has diabetes, Cystic Fibrosis and had a life saving double lung transplant 8 years ago. High risk right here, doing all we can and thankful for people like you who make it easier and keep things positive!! ❤️

Thanks so much for posting these work outs! I love that they are 50-60 minutes long I really need that! I also love the timer on the top telling us how much time we have left! I just have a suggestion: I would prefer if we transition into the next move a little faster. I felt that you spent a little too much time for the break.

Love all your workouts you seem like you are a really good person but disappointed for your reason why your not doing booty band assisted workouts because you are out of stock but what about those of us who have purchased the bands and are not getting to use them in your workouts? Would be nice if you would utilize them more in your workouts regardless of weather you are out if stock or not.
