Let's really CRUSH this abs and butt workout! We are working in circuits today but be ready to work in progressive overload style increasing your weight or your intensity for 40 seconds and 45 seconds.! We are using dumbbells today and I used my 15, 20, 35, 45, and 50 pound dumbbells for my glutes and 5 pound dumbbells for my ab moves so grab the weights that work for you and grab your sweat towel! I am really concentrating on abs even on the 30-40 minutes workout days I add a 10 min abe session to it at the end. I am finally seeing a difference. Step by Step for me.

#crushedit this morning with all of you!! I struggled through the first and second circuits of this one, I am thinking it is because I was at a trampoline park yesterday and my legs were fatigued... 🤔 At least that is what I am telling myself! 😂 Loved the moves and holy ab burn!! 🔥 Wow Sydney! Someone help! I have been trying to find this video but I just can’t! It was a hiit workout of 30-45 minutes that had lots of lateral movements, and it involved moving in all directions, I can’t seem to remember more than that. This video was of a huge help and now I can’t find it!! ☹️☹️

I used to despise strength training as I didn't feel like it pushed me enough; you taught me to appreciate it, and it never feels like wasted time, 'cause your strength workouts are really hard and have me drenched in sweat!! Can someone please help me?😨 at 14:27 I always feel pain in my lower back and shoulders. I have the feeling the middle part of my back isn't strong enough to hold this position. Could it be that my back is too weak or am I doing it wrong?🤔

I don't know why but I can never seem to get my arms in line with my ears?! I have a pretty strong core in all other respects (maybe except for full crunches where I have trouble keeping a dumbbell on my chest so maybe it's connected to that). Any advice?

This was challenging but I got through it. Thank you for your encouragement to keep going throughout & also the reminder to keep moving during the day. I tend to think I'm good after workout time but I'll work on moving more often & stretching more going forward.
